The Carcean Confederation was formed when the great king Carsus was able to unite the five warring provinces under a single banner. The five leaders formed the Great Council and governed over Carce. This council forms the basis of governance in the confederation. The officially sanctioned religion in Carce is The Divine Assembly. The dating system in Carce starts with the forming of the first Council and is represented as CF xxx, where xxx equals the number of years since the forming.
